An instrument for the knob-turners, beat-builders, and late-night sound explorers. Shape three oscillators, build across nine tables, and let someone hear what you’re making.

Three oscillators. Nine tables. Your signature.
Make something only you would make
Start with a tone. Give it a little movement. Build a pattern. There’s room to get wonderfully carried away.
Choose sine, triangle, sawtooth, or square waves. Dial in level, octave, and detune. Shape each oscillator’s ADSR envelope and four timed pitch-modulation points.
Keep different sounds in nine independent tables. Set each table’s base note, distortion, and sound length, then bring your palette into one sequence.
Connect a MIDI keyboard or USB MIDI interface. Play the selected synth table with velocity, sustain pedal, and pitch bend. Pick your input and MIDI channel right in the editor.
Web MIDI needs HTTPS, a compatible browser, and your permission.
Give your ideas a pulse
Build polyphonic patterns, assign notes to tables, adjust gates, and set table-specific loop points. Add 8-, 16-, or 32-step scenes and drag them into song order. Tune the BPM, time signature, and subdivision to your groove.
Build your first pattern →A sound is better with someone listening
Give your sound a name, share a performance, and let listeners find their way back to you.
Stream your playing sequence and changes. Listeners can swipe between live artists, like a session, leave comments, and see who’s watching now.
See who’s playing →Choose a unique username. Add a bio, avatar, and profile background. Your artist page brings together uploaded JSON performances and previous live sessions, with play counts for each.
KeyUp creates a permanent performance link. Saved sessions keep their likes and comments. Artists can invite commenters to a battle; it starts when the other artist accepts.
Support the person behind the sound
Artist donations go directly through the artist’s PayPal link. Tickster takes no cut of those donations. If a sound stays with you, you can send a little support straight to its maker.
PayPal processing fees may apply. Supporting the Tickster site is a separate, optional donation.
A few things to know
Import and export project JSON. Browser backups save your work locally and sync when your saved artist credentials load. Restore or download a backup from the editor.
Saved and uploaded sessions use Tickster JSON, played back by the synth. They preserve the project’s sequence and settings; they aren’t audio recordings or a recording of every live change.
Open the editor, start audio, and explore a table. Save your artist profile when you’re ready to publish or go live. MIDI plays the synth’s oscillators; sample playback isn’t included.
